The OLFACT test battery is currently being tested by a number of prominent physicians and research laboratories around the United States.

Scientists at the University of Cincinnati, Department of Psychology are conducting experiments to study olfactory memory and collect normative data. This work is being performed under a subcontract of  Federal Grant R44 DC6369 (OEI).
   
Physicians at the University of Cincinnati, Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery are using the OLFACT test battery for the clinical evaluation of olfactory function.
   
Allergists and immunologists at the University of Cincinnati, Department of Internal Medicine are using the OLFACT for assessing olfactory function in patients with allergic rhinitis and collecting clinical data.
   
Physicians at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, Department of Psychiatry are using the OLFACT to study the relationship between schizophrenia and olfaction dysfunction.
   
Neuroscientists at the Rush University Medical Center, are researching the relationship between mild cognitive impairment (MCI), Alzheimer’s and olfactory dysfunction.
   

Neuropsychologists at a commercial flavors & fragrances company are
using the OLFACT to study consumers’ perception of and reaction to various fragrances.
